Rates 2013

Welcome to the wonderful new world of GoldenEye! We’ve come up  with a fantastic Introductory Rate, which we hope you book soonest  (it’s only available for a limited time, and subject to availability,  so do keep this in mind). 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:  All rates exclude local tax and gratuities (20%). All rates on this contract are for rooms with en – suite facilities and include full breakfast, quoted in USD dollars. All one (1) bedrooms are based on double occupancy. All two (2) bedrooms are based on 4 people. The three (3) bedrooms are based on 6 people. The Fleming Villa with a max of five (5) bedrooms is based on 10 people.

Additional Accommodation Taxes

Please be advised that as of September 1^st 2012, the Government of Jamaica will be implementing a per night accommodation tax on all room nights sold in all hotels across Jamaica.  This means that our guests will be required to pay an accommodation Tax of $1 for each room night stayed, in addition to the 10% Government tax that is already being charged. We will be required to collect the requisite amount upon checkout at the hotel for existing bookings, for any new bookings the tax will be additional and added to all quotations

Meal Plans

Half Board Rate or MAP Plan (Modified American Plan).

For those guests who wish to take up a half board plan at Goldeneye which is dinner will be entitled to the following:

Guests will be able to order a three course meal from any a la carte menu of restaurants on property that are open for service consisting of a starter, main course, dessert as well as coffee or tea (note that this does not include any beverages). There is no restriction on what the guest can order from the a la carte menu or restaurant specials as long as they only order the three courses as explained. In the case of a BBQ or set dinner event being held at Goldeneye this would also be included as part of the half Board rate. This will also include guests who wish to order from room service and no tray charge will be imposed. 

The costs for the half board plan are as follows and exclude taxes and service charge and I have included in brackets the sales price inclusive of taxes and service charge:

Children 0 years to 3 years no charge

Children 4 years to 8 years $21.00 per child per night ($25.00 including tax and service charge)

Children 9 years to 12 years $42.00 per child per night ($50.00 including taxes and service charge) 

Children over 12 and Over (including adults) $84.00 –  ($100.00 including taxes and service charge) 

Fully inclusive Food and Beverage Plan

For those guests who wish to take up a fully inclusive food and beverage plan at Goldeneye will be entitled to the following:

·   Full breakfast (already included in the room rate).

·   A three course lunch consisting of a starter, main course and dessert as well as tea or coffee, from any a la carte menu or restaurant daily special from restaurants on property that are open for service. There is no restriction on what the guest can order from the a la carte menu or restaurant specials as long as they only order the three courses as explained. In the case of a BBQ or set lunch event being held at Goldeneye this would also be included as part of the fully inclusive food and beverage plan.

·   A three course dinner consisting of a starter, main course and dessert as well as tea or coffee, from any a la carte menu or restaurant daily specials from restaurants on property that are open for service. There is no restriction on what the guest can order from the a la carte menu or restaurant specials as long as they only order the three courses as explained. In the case of a BBQ or set dinner event being held at Goldeneye this would also be included as part of the fully inclusive food and beverage plan.

·   Unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on resort pouring bar brands (including cocktails), house wine and champagnes, daily stocking of in room mini bar and mini bar snacks.

·   Fully inclusive food and beverage plan will also include guests who wish to order from room service and no tray charge will be imposed.

Note there will be additional charge that would apply for premium bar beverages, wines and champagnes (that are not house wines or house champagnes)

The costs for the fully inclusive food and beverage plan are as follows and exclude taxes and service charge.  I have included in brackets the sales price including taxes and service charge:

Children 0 years to 3 years no charge

Children 4 years to 8 years $62.00 per child per night ($74.00 including tax and service charge)

Children 9 years to 12 years $123.00 per child per night ($148.00 including taxes and service charge) 

Children over 12 and Over (including adults) $246.00 –  ($295.00 including taxes and service charge) 

MINIMUM NIGHT STAY:  Standard minimum night stay is 2 nights, which increases to 5 nights during high season (January 8, 2012 – April 30, 2012). Over the Festive Season (December 15, 2011 – January 7, 2012) there is a minimum night stay of 10 nights with specific arrival dates (see below).

FESTIVE OFFERS AND ARRIVALS:

For Christmas - we are offering a very special package with a minimum of ten nights for the price of eight. Arrival dates are to be between December 16 – 18, and departing dates between December 26 – 28.

For New Years we are offering a minimum of 10 nights. Arrival dates are to be between December 26 – 28 and departure dates between January 5 – 7. This includes New Years Eve Extravaganza, Festive Afternoon Teas and Champagne Cocktail Party.

EXTRA PERSON/ CHILDREN POLICY: Additional adults or children sharing a cottage on daybeds or sofas attract a supplementary charge of $50.00 per person, per night (plus 20% tax and service charge). Under 4 years old is complimentary. This supplement includes full breakfast.

RATES: Island Outpost reserves the right to revise the rates at any time between December 2012 and December 2013. In the event that the rates are changed, Island Outpost will honor existing reservations. The new rates will apply to reservations booked effective on the date the new rates are distributed to the tour operator. Rates are not valid without a signed contract.
