TERMS AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES
HIGHGATE and MOUNTAINVIEW 2 are Two-Bedroom Villas and the rates quoted above are based on double occupancy. Each additional person will pay US$50 per night, 4 adults maximum per villa.
ROOM-ONLY RATES: Room-only rates are per room, based on double occupancy and include Continental Breakfast. An 18.25% Service Charge & Government Tax will be added to your bill. Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars.
ALL INCLUSIVE ROOM RATES: All inclusive rates are per room, based on double occupancy, inclusive of all meals from an a la Carte menu, a wide selection of beverages, and a customized stocked mini-bar stocked daily with juices, bottled water and herbal waters. An 18.25% Service Charge & Government Tax will be added to your bill. Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars.
CHILDREN POLICY: Children under 6 stay free.
MINIMUM STAY: 2-night minimum stay required from December 20, 2010 to January 3, 2011.
DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND NO-SHOW POLICIES: 3 nights deposit is required upon making a reservation. Final payment is due in full 30 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
• 45 Days Prior to arrival: Full refund on the 3 nights deposit.
• Inside 45 days: Deposit Non-refundable.
• 30 or Fewer Days prior to Arrival or NO SHOW: NO REFUND and Final Payment (balance of stay) is also forfeited.
***NOTE:A reservation will not be considered cancelled until a cancellation number has been received from an Island Outpost representative.
