TERMS AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES
ROOM RATES: The Caves rates are inclusive of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and house wines and spirits. All rates are per room, quoted in U.S. dollars and are based on double occupancy (except where noted for the 2 bedroom cottages and 4 bedroom villa). A 20% Service Charge and Government Tax will be added to your bill.
Additional per person charge for Clandestino Villa: $110 (under 12 yrs. old) and $142 (over 12 yrs. old).
***NOTE: Accommodation only rates offered for Clandestino villa are not inclusive of food or beverages, and do not include access to The Caves' main resort facilities. Sea access and cliff top lounge area is located at The Sands, and families with children will be accommodated.
MINIMUM NIGHT STAY: 2-night minimum stay required from Apr 21 – Dec 22, 2010 and 7-night minimum stay between Dec. 23, 2010 - Jan. 1, 2011.
CHILDREN POLICY: Due to the nature of The Caves facilities and the resort's vacation environment, children under sixteen (16) years are not permitted.
DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND NO-SHOW POLICIES:
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled with a full refund up to forty-five (45) days prior to arrival EXCEPT for Christmas and New Years (December 20 - January 7), which must be cancelled more than sixty (60) days in prior to arrival. In the event that a guest cancels a reservation later than is specified in this paragraph, the guest shall be responsible for paying for the full rate plus any applicable taxes for any reservation.
Deposit: A three (3) night deposit is taken upon making the reservation and the final payment is taken thirty (30) days prior to arrival EXCEPT for Christmas and New Years (December 20 - January 7) in which case the final payment will be made sixty (60) days prior to arrival.
***NOTE: A reservation will not be considered cancelled until a cancellation number has been received from an Island Outpost representative.
