When I wake up in the morning in my community, every single person that my eyes behold, I say good morning to. People look at me, smile, and say good morning too. It doesn\u2019t make sense if you\u2019re eating healthy, but you\u2019re not exercising. Or if you\u2019re exercising, but you\u2019re not eating healthy. To keep your energy up throughout the day, have a big breakfast, a light lunch, and then have something in the evening\u2014but nothing too heavy. Sleep is very important, too. You have to get your rest. Too much of one thing is not good, and too little of one thing is not enough.
